Home-Start is updating its corporate identity.
Why are we changing our look?:
We wanted to build a strong and consistent identity for the organisation using our name and a new strapline, logo, typeface, colour, images and style. Our new image has been designed to reflect our friendly, inclusive, family centred approach and will be suitable to use for many years.

Home-Start UK and Home-Start's 340 schemes are beginning an eighteen month switchover to the new look. It will be completed by the end of March 2009.
The timetable is:
Autumn 2007:
· Distribution of CD of new materials to Home-Start UK and Home-Start schemes. (Completed)
January 2008
· Starter pack of essential printed materials to be sent to all Home-Start schemes (new volunteer leaflet, family leaflet, generic leaflet and referrers' leaflet, also generic folders, family welcome leaflet, blank headed paper, stickers, and 30 more new photographs. (Completed)
Spring 2008
· National website to be updated
· Home-Start UK exhibition stands and display materials to be updated
· CD of translations of leaflets to be distributed
Home-Start's crucial work as the leading family support charity in the UK has not changed.

Across the UK many thousands of Home-Start volunteers visit families at home each week, supporting parents in situations as diverse as isolation, bereavement, multiple births, illness, disability or who are just finding parenting a struggle. They provide non-judgemental practical and emotional support and help build the family's confidence and ability to cope.
Home-Start runs more services and has more volunteers supporting more families than any other family support charity in the UK.
