Home-Start's mission and beliefs
Volunteers
We have 15,611 home-visiting volunteers, offering regular support, friendship and practical help to families in their own homes.
Trustees
A further 2,430 volunteers are trustees of their local schemes.
Staff
Home-Start employs more than 100 people in its national and regional
offices throughout the UK and a further 1,700 people in its local
schemes.
