About our appeal

Right now thousands of young children are experiencing hardship or tragedy through no fault of their own.

Many families need support to get through some very tough times and this is where Home-Start can help. Sometimes we are their last chance.

You can raise money any time you like for the Snowflake Appeal®. But we go big on it from 1 November to 31 January each year. You will help us reach thousands of children across the UK.

The Loughborough Snowflake Festival is back! Thank you to everyone who joined in and made it such a success. We didn't expect to smash the target this year, so that's a bonus. It's was so lovely to have something to do in the dark days of Jan/Feb again.Everyone was so creative and it brings us all together - and also makes a such a difference for families who are struggling.

18.3 Online Catalogue

18.3.1 Descriptions
We endeavour to ensure that the items and descriptions provided in our online catalogue are accurate. Please note that all sizes are approximate and colours and designs may vary. Please see our Returns clause below.

All orders are subject to availability. If the item you have ordered is not available we may send you a similar alternative. Any substitutions will not affect your statutory rights.

18.6 The Contract of Sale
