Adult minimum sponsorship: £100
Child registration fee: £10
Child minimum sponsorship: £25
If running with more than one child, minimum sponsorship for the children is reduced as follows:
One child: minimum sponsorship £25
Two children: total minimum sponsorship of £40
Three children: total minimum sponsorship of £50

About the Super Heroes Run
To ensure you look the part – Heroes outfit on arrival.
No previous experience is required for this event and with a bit of training the 5km distance should easily be within your capabilities. The spirit of the event is 'taking part' not 'winning' so you can run, jog or walk - you decide!
