The role is also responsible for leading quality assurance and improvement; supporting leadership development; and as families look to recover from the pandemic, this role will help a powerful Home-Start movement find even more ways to innovate to maximise impact for the ever-changing and holistic needs of families.

We are looking for an ambitious, collaborative individual with a good knowledge of family support models and achieving impact through others. You will need to have a good understanding of quality assurance and safeguarding as well as strong collaborative leadership skills to enable you to quickly gain credibility internally and externally. Critical to your success will be your ability to co-design solutions across complex structures and your passion for our cause.

Key Duties & Key Responsibilities  

  • To lead transformation across our network to drive even greater impact for families 
  • To provide inspiring leadership to support local Home-Starts in their work across the UK
  • To support the development of strategic thinking, partnerships and profile in our work with families
  • To lead organisational responses to safeguarding to ensure our network is supporting families safely with strong governance and cultures open to learning and improvement
  • Help drive an ambitious future for our work, securing funding and role-model a positive collaborative cultures, ethos and values
