Competition Terms and Conditions Terms & Conditions Home-Start/Masked Singer signed cue card competition For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Home-Start UK whose registered office is The Crescent, Kind Street, Leicester, LE1 6RX, Charity No in England and Wales: 1108837 and in Scotland SC039172, Company No. 5382181and social media handle @homestartuk. The "Prize" refers to a cue card from The Masked Singer UK TV show signed by the four judges and the show presenter. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Each entrant shall enter the competition by signing up between 05.02.22 and 15.02.22 to receive Home-Start UK’s email newsletter via this link: home-start.org.uk/enter All entries must be received by 15.02.2022 The competition is open to UK residents only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry. Only one (1) entry per person per competition will be accepted. One (1) winner will be selected at random by The Promoter on 16.02.2022 and the winner will be notified on or after this date. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable the fulfilment of The Prize. If the winner does not respond to notification of their win, and supply postal details within 14 days of being notified the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and will award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original. Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, The Masked Singer UK (or parent companies) and ITV are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, late or otherwise invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries, winner notifications or prizes. The Promoter, the Supplier or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promotion and these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
