Terms and conditions for the 2017 Win Tea With Kirstie Allsopp prize draw

• The prize is afternoon tea for the winner and up to five of their friends at either Kirstie Allsopp’s London home (Mon – Thu), or at her Devon home (Fri – Sun).
• The time and date of the afternoon tea will be organised after the draw, for a mutually agreeable date for both Kirstie Allsopp and the winner and should be decided upon within one month of the draw. The tea should take place within six months of the draw.
• The prize is non-transferrable.
• The winner should make Home-Start UK aware as soon as possible if they are unable/or do not wish to use the prize, in which event a new draw will be made from the remaining entries to draw a new winner.
  The cost and arrangement of travel to and from the ‘Tea with Kirstie’ competition, is the responsibility of the prize winner and their guests.
• Entrants must be 18 or older. Additional guests to the tea party must be over 16.
• Entrants and guests must be willing to have photographs, names and quotes published by Home-Start UK.
• The closing date for the ‘Tea with Kirstie’ prize draw is midnight on Wednesday 31st January 2018.
• The winner will be drawn at random by Home-Start UK from all valid entries during the week of 5th February 2018.
• The winning individual will be contacted by Home-Start UK via the details they have provided w/c 12th February 2018. Should Home-Start UK be unable to contact the winner following all reasonable attempts over a two week period, a further draw will be made week commencing 26th February 2018 to find a new winner.
• The draw is owned and administered by Home-Start UK, to raise funds for its Snowflake Appeal.
